Wonderful Vacation Home – Everything you need and more

We had a wonderful time staying at Sea-Esta. The house is stocked with everything you could ever ask for, wonderful kitchen tools, pots, pans dishes, appliances (extra ice maker!). Also fully stocked with Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, toys galore and even a beach cart to get you to the beach. The rooms were all extremely comfortable, very spacious. Top deck is great for reading and watching the sunset. There is even a partial gulf view. Quiet street is great for kids riding bikes and neighborhood is great for walking. The owners were great, so thoughtful, checking in periodically to see if we needed anything. The beach is just a short walk down the street. Wonderful house we will be renting again in the future

About Our Property

This quality built, furnished home south of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach is approximately a 3 minute walk from one of two neighborhood pools at Summer's Edge, and approximately a four and a half minute walk from the beach access. Features include 10-foot ceilings on the first floor, 9-foot ceilings on the second floor and vaulted ceilings on the third floor, all of which are accentuated by 8-foot doors with upgraded oil-rubbed bronze hardware. Each of its three floors feature covered Trex porches with additional sun decks on the third floor that capture Gulf views. Beautiful Brazilian teak hardwood floors exemplify the many fine features found throughout this home. They are joined by travertine stone floors in the master bath, porcelain tile floors in the guest baths, heavy crown molding as well as very tasteful plumbing and lighting fixtures.
