Join Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for a Topsail Talks Educational Discovery Series on Friday, Feb. 9 from 10 to 11 a.m. South Walton Artificial Reef Association will discuss the seahorse reef installed at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. The snorkel reefs are close enough to the shore that they can be reached by kayak or paddle board, so snorkelers or divers can access them from the beach.

Twelve additional dive reefs will also be constructed – 9 of them will be near shore fish/dive reefs located about 2/3 miles off the beach and in about 60 feet of water. The other 3 are classified as fish havens/reef sights and will be located 3-7 miles offshore in about 80 feet of water. The off-shore reefs are the perfect destination for SCUBA divers to explore via a charter boat in Walton County!

The seventh annual 30A Wine Festival returns to the beautiful community of Alys Beach on Thursday, February 22 through Sunday, February 25, 2018. Showcasing renowned vintners and culinary favorites, the four-day celebration will benefit Children’s Volunteer Health Network. The festival kicks with a special wine dinner featuring a four-course meal prepared by Alys Beach Executive Chef Drew Dzejak. Next weekend is the wonderful, annual 30A Songwiters Festival! Pictured are some of the artists that will be at the festival: Ann Wilson (from Heart), Paul Thorn, Kathy Mattea and Aason Lee Tasjan. A few of the many other artists at the festival are Emmylou Harris, The Zombies, Lee Ann Womack, Emily Sailers, Shawn Mullins and many others!

The 9th annual 30A SONGWRITERS FESTIVAL is set for January 12-14 2018. The festival, held in venues along Scenic Highway 30A in Florida’s South Walton County, is the perfect mix of cool beach weather and red-hot music on MLK holiday weekend each year. More than 175 artists perform in this truly wonderful weekend of music. Artists will perform multitudes of live performances in intimate venues and large amphitheaters throughout South Walton.

About Our Property

This quality built, furnished home south of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach is approximately a 3 minute walk from one of two neighborhood pools at Summer's Edge, and approximately a four and a half minute walk from the beach access.
